The SLABS fault is indicating there is a problem with the ground/earth for the SLABS ECU. There is a good chance this is causing your other SLABS problems as the ECU will not operate correctly without a solid ground.
First thing to do is to get your copy of RAVE and check the wiring diagrams and locate the ground point and check the continuity between the ECU connector pin and ground point for all ground connectors.
There is a slim chance that this is an indicator of a internal SLABS failure but you need to make sure it's not just a backed out connector or wiring fault before you start swapping out components.
The ECU fault is pointing to MAF reading below expected minimum. This is again a possible wiring fault - check the wiring harness where it runs past the front of the cylinder head and around the air con compressor down to the MAF. It's unlikely to be a failed MAF.
