On a bike, you have 1/2 a horspower at your disposal. The change in tires is a huge hit to this. In a car it is very little.

The difference between a street tire at road pressure and a tractor tire at 5 psi is huge....

But the difference between a road tire at road pressure and a Duratrac at road pressure is very small compared to the overall drag. I have them on my 90, my Jeep (35x12.5) and my trailer. I can push them all around easily on flat ground by myself. The rolling resistance is less than the power I can produce, so under 1/2 a horsepower, even with the big Jeep tires.

You can push any tyre at 1km/h and notice no difference. At 100km/h the difference is huge.

Try some coast-down tests and see for yourself just how fast these lose speed compared to a road tyre of similar dimensions.
I have and that's the reason I stated the difference.
