    The D2 steering wheel control simply has different resistances for each switch depressed ie: Vol+, Vol-, Mode etc.
    The IDE178BT (HU) can be programmed to each steering wheel control switch resistance to perform whatever function. I managed to program all buttons but could not the Vol-.
    Referring the rave circuit diagram I noted the Vol- button has no resistor which the HU didnt like.
    So I wired a 1K ohm resistor in the common in series with all switches re-programmed the HU.

    And the green illumination matches the D2 dash light too.
