Can I suggest you go and download the Nanocom documentation for the Td5 engine and SLABs modules and have a read through as a starting point.

From there grab a copy of RAVE and have read through tr5 engine manage description and operation, and same for slabs.

If you want help don't post a shopping list of snippets. If you have fault codes make note of full error message including the codes. Every fault and issue that is worth looking at has been discussed countless times on the forum. Search for the error code or description and you'll find everything you need to know

Google the exact fault code letter for letter and number for number. Undoubtedly it's been raised here or the other similar (but not as good ) sites

    Td5 Settings:

    Fuel used. disabled Normal
    EGR Inlet. Dis
    Aux fan Dis

    Td5 Live data:
Transfer H/L around wrong way Normal discussed at length in other threads
Ac fan off (intermittent) Are you talking about a fault marked as intermittent or intermittent operation?
EGR mod %0 will be zero unless you are driving and EGR is connected and operating
    EGR inlet %0 ditto
Waste gate mod %0 Activates only when engine is producing close to maximum boost

    Td5 Actuator Testing
Tast AC fan OK tests the fan, obviously spun up ok. What is the question?
Injector Error l bet you tried this with the engine running.

    Slabs:
    Fault code:

Valve Switch electric fail. 23 times Search the forum for Three Amigos and prepare for several days reading

    Settings:
Transport mode disabled Normal, enabled drops SLS rear suspension to the bump stops.
Cannot save SLS heights?? Is your vehicle equipped with SLS?

    SLABS live Data:
Low and high open/close OK And the question is?

Shift interlock none?? Fitted only to Japanese and US spec vehicles

How does it look and what does it mean?

    Cheers Brad
A quick look at the documentation for the two relevant Nanocom modules would have answered most of the questions above.

    Td5/ Nanacom

Thanks I was asking re Nanacom descriptions, that I was not sure what they meant. Clearer now.

Aircon cooling fan checks OK but is stated as disabled? Does not run at all times when aircon is on.

Car has SLS on rear. Height around 125- 135.

    Just checking it out.

    It says AUX. fan disabled.

Auxiliary Fan: This value indicates if this TD5 ECU has been programmed for an auxiliary radiator or engine cooling fan. In case of fitting the auxiliary fan to the vehicle and the system is disabled in the ECU settings, it will function normally, but it will not be controlled by the TD5 ECU.
I'm fairly certain this Aux Fan was never used on the D2. It's possible it may have been intended for military spec td5 defenders or something similar - but who really knows.

Not really sure what the deal with the SLS is, someone who has used this function might know more.

    cheers
    Paul
