    Warped manifold squeal

So I my td5 has developed the dreaded manifold gasket squeal caused by warped manifold and or broken stud.
I know the basic fix, but what I would like to know, is there any aftermarket manifolds that fix this common problem on a more preeminent level
Bruce Davis tells me he imports manifolds in from Sweden that are more heavy duty. But at $800 seam a bit pricey.

Avoid tubular ones - they crack and fatigue

I just hat a quick look and my back bottom stud does not even have a nut on it. I will put one on tomorrow and see if it makes a differance. Off not I will take the manifold in to get faced. Is it worth removing the webbing?

Putting a nut on now will likely just snap the stud...

Remove and face manifold and then cut the webbing on each point

I removed the webbing on mine and it still warped a second time. The TD5 is chipped.

Mine is highly chipped and has been its entire life.
    Manifold warped at 80k.
De webbed it and faced it and had it ceramic coated.
    No ongoing issues since

Did you go to larger studs as well?

Just wondering if fitting a bonnet scoop would help combat this problem?
