Strange dash ligths and engine wont start

One of my friend was driving a on the field and icy creek last week (max 30 cm ice, and water under the doorstep) with his Disco II TD5 Automatic.

He used the car after to short trips without any problem.
Yesterday (after 6-7 days parking) tried to start the engine, but the car wont start, and shows starange dash lights.

    After ignition:

    - the central lock opens all door
    - the fuel pump not running
    - all warning light test OK (lit and go out)
    - the hazard warning, gearbox M and S, hill descent and ACE warning lights starts flashing

The car crancks well, but engine doesn't start.
After awitching ignition off the hazard warning still flashing, the others goes out.

The car doesn't connects to diagnostic units.

    What we already did:
    - battery is OK
    - inertia switch status OK
    - engine fuse box opened, cleaned the moisture and corrosion

Everything same with and without ECU.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think the cranckshaft position sensor controlled by the ECU.
Could cause to not to start but not reason for stopped fuel pump and the lights.
Anyway I check it tomorrow, thanks.

Passanger compartment fuse box: checked, had no water or corrosion
Inertia switch contacts cleaned, checked the resistance: OK
Tried the EKA code, the BCU accepted the code, but nothing changed ...

Tomorrow i will try some electrical test of the BCU, and I have no more idea.
