That spring will need the D1 lower spring perch which is a different design to the D2. You will need to make that work with the D2 shocks too. Then that spring will fit. An adapted rear D2 lower spring perch might also be adaptable. The turret end will be fine.

The D2 takes a pig tailed end on the spring, so the bottom is stepped to take the coil. It's also got that flat area where the end of the spring is bent in and then cut off. The D1 has a regular flat bottom ground spring. Also the hole in the middle of the D2 is squared off so that an eye end shock can be used, where the D1 shock has a pinned end, so a round hole. Inner diameter is the same.

There is a noticable difference of course.
Is the DII difference in spring perch comparing to the DI really matters while fitting OME 2766 springs?
I ride Bilstein 7100 10" which limit the spring while dropping + limiting starps.
Should I "connect" the spring bottom side to the DII perch, use a pring retainer (pic attached)?

Yes, the bottom of the springs are totally different designs. I've no doubt people have just put them in, but I wouldnt personally take that approach as it assymetrically loads the perch and may cause it to crack.
I'm not sure how your setup will work, but I would expect those springs to be too short for regular 10" travel Bilsteins, although I'm not sure for the short body type. I'm also not sure re the limit straps, I setup the shock lengths to suit the spring free lengths

I ride the Bilstein 7100 - AK7110SB05 - 10" travel - Reservoir Shock - (Short Body 8 Inch)
Extended Length: 24.29" ~ 616.9 mm while the OME 2766 free height is 420 mm
Collapsed Length: 14.06" ~ 357.1 mm - no info for the OME
Keep in mind my Sway bar is ALWAYS connected, it's an ACE model, no drop-kit is required here.
The RTE RR4-1 has the same characteristics as the OME 2779 but the RR4-1/OME 2779 does not supply sufficient lift.
