    Accelerator pedal vibrates when traction control light comes on

    Is this standard, when the disco loses traction, accelerator pedal vibrates, something wrong with my disco 2, or LR genius ?

    It might be vibration coming through from the brake or ETC system. The accelerator is electronic.

    As said above it's likely just vibrations. The brake pedal may pulse due to the ABS/TC/SLABS system and this may be what your feeling through the accelerator pedal.

    v8 or TD5.....

    in either case, the problem may be related to the valves in the MC not letting the fluid back into the MC reservior fast enough when the wabco kicks in OR the booster mounting not being secure enough and vibrating everything when the wabco kicks in.

    neither are common faults and should be at least investigated
