    rough rider

Just bought a TD5 series 2 - no oil leaks, no usual problems (i.e electrical)
It runs very rough until it comes up to temp. I assume this is normal but have been told by LR specialist it needs attention. Any ideas would be appreciated

no, it's not normal.....it should run smoothly from start up.

I suggest you get it looked at.....someone near you will have a nanocom.

perhaps contact your nearest Land Rover club.....they will help.

As already said, it is not normal. Difficult to tell the reason without having more detailed information. Reading out the codes might tell you if some sensors are playing up. Worth checking for oil in the wiring loom. What model year is it, btw?

Oil in the injector to ECU harness or a sticky injector, might be worth giving it a dose of injector cleaner in the fuel,Wynns is a good product I hear.
