    17" rims and tyres on D2a, any good

    With the quantity of prados etc wearing 17" tyres the prices and choices are pretty good. I was going to go from the 18"s down to 16"s but a bloke from work suggested to go 17"s for the above mentioned reasons. Anyone gone down this track?

    Well, had no feedback on this, so made the D, getting some black sunraysia style 16" rims with Falkan Wildpeak A/T tyres on them 245/70/16 tomorrow. If I can post some pics I will.

    I would go 16 s as well just because I like the extra sidewall! As I would love a D4 next it would be great if you could get 16s on a D4 lol
    I guess it depends in where you will be going but for harder trips I think you made the right choice.
