Slight Knock
OK, I have a very slight knock when rocking the steering from side to side when moving and cornering, it does not do it when stationary.
I am thinking steering intermediate shaft as there is some movement in the rubber coupling, and the knock seem to be under the drivers feet.
I had it up on the hoist and reports came back that all suspension bushes are in good order.
Question is, does the rubber coupling normally provide any lateral movement?, I can move it quite easily by hand from above, although it may only be the heat shield.

Further investigation has revealed some slack in the upper uni, and not the coupling as first thought, so I guess I have answered my own question.
Now just gotta find the time to pull it off and replace it

I too have a slight / light knock, but mine seems to sound as through its coming from the rear part.
Suspension / steering specialist checked all round and found nothing though.
it doesn't seem to get worse and was similar on my previous D2a
