TD5's should be pretty clean on start up just a small puff of light grey smoke just the initial fire up.
If it takes a bit longer than normal to crank and you get a puff if white smoke for a second or two might be injector washers slight leak can let a bit of fuel into cylinder if not been done in 200k might be worth thinking about.
If its blueish could well be oil getting burned on start up could be slight wear in engine or turbo.
When you DeEGRed did you have a good look at the inside of manifold if its wet with black oil check breather valve is working properly and is clean.
DCV valve controls the amount of crank case gases going into the inlet for the turbo.
Check turbo vanes are not moving more than 1mm up down could be leaking seals or worn bearings
Is intercooler and its pipes from turbo to inlet manifold clean oil and mist from the above could be sitting inside.
Keep a good check on oil and water levels to see if its oil fuel or coolant that is causing the smoke.
