Well,
They only had to take 3 thou off the head and a lot more off the exhaust manifold to straighten them up.
New valve stem seals and a gasket kit through it.
I have followed Psimpson7's rebuild guide. Great help.
Hopefully have it all back together this weekend.
The cross hatching in the bores is still great. There was no leak in the head gasket, but it wouldn't have hurt to change it at 210k.
