what do you mean normally please?...also if you have a tester check the AAP reading(ambient pressure) and MAP too, on live data you can see if when you actually press the throttle the track 1 is instantly growing or not...if you observe that you press the throttle and track 1 and 2 have no variations (track 1 must grow and the sum of them must be = with the supply) it means the problem is the throttle position sensor then

I have a nanocom and all readings are quite good but I still have the issue hopefully this weekend I will get the opportunity to check the waste gate also as it seems to be clearing itself if left for 15-20 seconds could it be boost modulator related as they work on vacuum?

the boost modulator would not let the boost rise under load but it won't stop it rev up at idle imo... if all the readings are good then it must be a restriction on the inlet or exhaust maybe... clogged EGR or CAT if you still have them

de egr'd but still has cat and if the cat was blocked or restricted the the problem would not clear itself would it ?

i saw it happening... eventually disconnect the exhaust pipe from the turbo for test to rule it out... but concentrate on those throttle track readings in the first place

I forgot to mention that I have already changed the potentiometer to rule that out it made no difference

.....which doesnt rule out a wiring issue between the TP sensor and ECU does it? ... that live data will reveal things

Have been driving around with the MAF disconnected was going ok but today I had the lack of response twice. Had slow pick up rather than none for 10 sec or so then all good. Better find a nanocom.

I have the same problem and it seems to be getting worse ! It started as you describe but now when i start the first time for the day the engine stalled immediately sometimes 2 or 3 times then idles low for about 10-15 seconds , then the revs pick up a to normal and it runs fine.

I have also swapped out the TPS, no change. Maf readings are good, no cat and a newish VNT.

I am starting to suspect it has air in the fuel, just a thought . So i will replace injector seals next. If a solution if found , please share. Thanks.
