Not a hard job if you want to do yourself.
Personally I bout my Bilsteins out of the US from Shockwarehouse, less 1/2 the price of buying here including air freight. On my doorstep in 4 days. I would buy King springs with the lift, If you buy from Coventry's - Covs they will usually give them to you at trade.
Been a couple of years since I did mine. My set up cost me around $900 total and included 4 x shocks out of the US, 4 x King Springs from Covs, Poly Airs and a few tools. If you get someone to supply and install this set up you will be up over $2k.
All you really need to do this is a good trolley jack, a good set of spanners and sockets and a drill.

yes i plan on doing it my self with a mate. is the gear from the us the same as the gear here craig? Did you only get your shocks from the us? then the springs locally?

I was only going to go the dobsons bilestin shocks as it seem to be the set up everyone goes for. thanks for your help guys.

Look up Pete at PCB Land Rovers. He prob won't stock the stuff but might b able to suggest the best place to source them.
