I have a 2004 td5 auto with 155ks up. I have just had the injector seals, washers and bolts replaced (MR automotive do the bolts as well) as I noticed a slow increase in the oil level. I figured this was from leaking injectors and could be expected around these ks. Don't have any intention of touching the head unless there are some big signs I should. As someone else has said the D2a don't seem as prone to head issues as the earlier models, at least not at these ks.
