Plenty of perthites with nanocom, but you will want one with motronic licence I would think. Indicate roughly where you are and see who answers. I'm confined to bed and have TD5 so not much use. good luck

Yes, you will need to bleed the brakes, including the ABS unit.
First thing you should buy is a Nanocom or Hawkeye. Familiarise yourself with some of the functions and keep it in the vehicle.
Have changed the reservoir seals. I didn't bleed the brakes but I did engage the hill decent and drive up to about 25kph then lifted off and car slowed to about 7kph, did this about 3/4 times. Brakes feel good, if anything feel better than before, so will see how we go.
just on the door locks, cos this got me when I first got my disco 2, the first press on the fob opens the drivers door, then the second press (sometimes the third press) on the fob unlocks the rest. sometimes you have to told the unlock button down for a second or two.
This is settable with Nanocom. It annoys me and we don't have many hijackers on the Central Coast so I set it to "one touch" AFAIR.Quote:

the downside is then you are activating all locks even just for driver entry my theory is if I have to click the remote twice to open the doors for passengers / parcels its better than having to replace actuators that have failed from being used even if they don't need to be , just a thought
