Special Tool??
just a sideline to my 'brake fade' thread...
having pulled apart the master brake cylinder on the 01 disco td5 to replace the seals, I find that all seals (even though supplied) cannot be replaced. It turns out that the primary circuit seals cannot be accessed without first removing a large grub screw, which on first site looks straight forward until I realised it requires a 5 sided allen key to remove.... not a standard 6 sided hex key. I have tried a number of places, bunnings, repco, supercheap, autobarn, all tools, fastener specialists, etc .. etc... without success. They all insist that they can get them in until they look through their supplier catalogues only to find they can't. I've also tried 5 sided torq and security keys but none fit properly. Are there any forum members that know of this tool and where I might acquire one (it is not listed in special tools on rave dithering)
Failing this... I suppose I'll have to try making one 😠

Might be a bit late on this one, but search 'pentagon socket' on ebay, and it will come up with some solutions apparently intended exactly for that purpose. 'Pentagon bit' will also give you what you need, but without the sockets you may or may not need?
