    Engine surge on TD5

Ever so slight rev surge at low to medium rev range, i also think i may have it at road spreads but not sure on this
At idle the Disco2 is ok,, i have not changed the filters,
Has any one else ever had this ,
i was also wondering could it be water in fuel, but nothing is showing up on dash to say its that
