Hi and Merry Christmas, is your D2 fitted with ACE? and if yes check if the warning lamp works on ignition self test or not cos that symptom seems like an ACE missbehaviour... a way to rule rule this out is to remove relay R14 in engine bay, go for a ride and see if it improves things or not... if the warning lamp is working you'll have the ACE warning on dash but neglect it during this test..according to the results we'll speak again

, you just gave to grab it and lift it... i've seen this symptom on a friend's car once and the ACE was playing up... the system with the fuse or eelay removed enters in ''locked bars'' condition which means inactive with the actuators evenly filled with oil and must act like with conventional anti roll ... that's why this test
