    Angry Radio removal

Hi all, the radio on my D2a won't come out, one side seems stuck.
I'm using the U shaped tools from a car radio place. The toll got stuck on the right side, had to cut the U and rotate then the tool came out, but not the radio.
    Any ideas?

Metal ruler, preferably with a rounded end.

I have also used some bent coat hanger wire in times past with some success.

Rounded the ends of the wire and inserted gently to feel for the clips which are fairly narrow. Once engaged I had to physically pull on the stereo to remove it.

    Cheers

The only issue that I had removing the radio in my D2 was trying wire from a coat hanger that was obviously too thin in gauge to work
once I used thicker wire it came out easily

Thanks, all OK now, borrowed tools with rounded ends, that did it.
