Yes, you can do many things but only with dedicated tester... i dont recommend ''invasive'' methods

jorge_costa_cv, I think you are being distracted by connecting to the ECU. It may not even tell you want you are hoping to find out.

Unless you suspect you have a faulty ECU (highly unlikely) there is probably only a few reasons it will crank but not start.

    No fuel.
    No power.

So get back to basics, make sure you can hear the fuel pump running, make sure you have fuel, make sure you have good volts, make sure all your fuses are ok. It is not clear to me if you have ruled this all out.

If all of these are good, the yes you start to get into the more complex diagnostics. So then start with looking for damaged wiring, fuel restrictions etc. And lots of Google research helps.

Hi long time. I made a lot off test . i found i have lost ground from the ecu.
some pin out from ecu on black conection where must out the ground do not working. the ecu not send signal(ground to the relay) to the fuel pump and some other but i test the fuel pump its ok. the malfuction lithg not power on when i open the igniotion i found the pinout from ecu not send goround signal to the relay. i need a shematic from the ecu to see all conection and found if someting is wrong in the ecu
    thanks
