One other question. I thought the D2 outputted a square wave signal for speed.

So do I use the brown or white wire? Their are two different posts with different answers,
I just need an clean diagram please I don't have ace

I'm not sure this helps. I hadnt heard about it throwing ACE faults before but if people have used both and they both work, then I would use the white to SLABS and if it faults then swap it over to the brown. My gut feeling is that the Hall Effect sensor input would be the way to go as its a digital signal rather than the analogue signal from the inductive pickup - which potentially output a similar wave form which may throw the ACE fault???

With a suspension lift, or bigger tyres, or both, ACE equiped D2’s require the ACE system to be recalibrated. However, add a speed correction device into mix then many owners report unusual behaviour from ACE that a followup calibration doesn’t resolve. In my case it was like there was a delay between the accelerometer detection and the hydraulic system reaction. Returning an uncorrected RRS to the ACE computer settled it all back to normal.
Ahhh, yep. The twitch, wandering, mid corner roll and nervousness. Thats caused by the rear end roll from the lift. Front swaybar links in the rear solves it - its a bit more than that to fit them due to the ACE ram and a couple of clearance points, but it corrects the handling again.
