Hi, did anybody else try this Boss replacement airbags? Im looking for something more robust than standard OEM sls bags. My only concert is, that I dont want to loose flex. I have only standard 2" lift, but I have ACE and with ACE OFF/low range ON, Im flexing quite good, I dont wanna loose that because of stiffer bags. So looking for some reviews

This is a solution looking for a problem. Just get OEM Contitech from the uk eg Paddocks. They are inexpensive are last 10 years and take 15 mins a side to replace. SLS is a great system that doesn’t need changing for regular outback touring.
    Cheers

While I totally agree with Simons response,, we dont live in Slovakia,,,

having said that,, it may be as simple as solid guards around the bags, same sorta principle as gaiters on shocks.

I wonder if the Airbagman has anything?

as for extension,, no, the SLS is not designed as the travel limiter.

What air pressures are required with the BOSS bags?

Just to be clear, I really like the OEM bags, I like the ride and self leveling. I was able to change the bag in 20minutes with no tools and owning the car just one week with zero experience. So Im happy with them. But being fully loaded and going through the woods hitting branches and going throug the mud, where it gets between the collapsed bag walls, thats geting me quite worried. Everybody around is getting just rid of them, converting to springs, which I dont like. I need the self leveling function because of bi-led projectors and because of towing. But Im really not that experienced, so I welcome every advice and personal experience you have.

Are you seeing a lot of cases of standard bags being not up to the environment?
I run SLS and have driven with a lot of others with the same. Have never seen a bag punctured but I've also carried a spare on extended trips as they are so easy to change.
Change regularly and I've found Conti last longer than Dunlop - just my experience.

Wherever I bought from had the options in their selection.

They were a bit more expensive I recall.
