Help with suspension noise
Hey all,
My D2 has recently started making a really loud cracking sound from the underside when off road. Mostly it sounds like it's on the left, appears to be both front and rear and I suspect it's radius arm bushes but as I've only just ticked over 100K could they really be stuffed? I've run the exact same suspension set up on 2 previous D2's without issue and with many more km's on the clock.
Has anyone else come across this and able to offer suggestions?
Cheers Andrew.

The best way to check is get on your back and have a look.
It may be just that the pivot bolt is loose in the rear and front as they should be 170NM or bloody tight. Or your under axle bushes may be stuffed as mine are.
Mine makes a loud clonk going down hill with standard shock length and 2 inch springs and I think it is the shock topping out, annoying but harmless.
