Mines been leaking for ages..... years.
I top it up a few ml's every couple of months.
When the leak becomes significant I might replace it.

With that level of leak. Leave it till it leaks. Befor pulling it just look for a hydraulic cylinder rebuild specialist (I only know Sydney), if unsure call Stauff Hydraulics and tell them you're looking for one and you were recommended to ask them (use to work there). Drop in and show them, you may be surprised that they can rebuild it. Just because it's welded doesn't mean non servicable.
