Roof top tinny for my D2

    G'day all.
Being here at Manning point for 2 weeks has proven the need for some sort of water craft for our family to use. I have thought of 2 double fishing Kayaks but at the end of the day they would be just as heavy as a tinny that we could go out together in and its powered!
My question is "what is the best tinny that is licensed to carry 4 people that will comfortably fit on the roof of the D2?. I'm after suggestions for roof racks as well.
    Any feedback appreciated
    Regards
    Robbo

A couple of things to take on board. With the roof top boat, you need an engine, fuel tank, safety gear, and stowage for all the bits & pieces that go with it. Over a certain HP engine, you need a boat licence. Sometimes it is more economical to hire a boat , & gear at your destination. However, if your destination is any way remote, perhaps you should read this, Bob

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
