Thread: Another EKA question?????

I tried my EKA today and it works I started the Discovery but as soon as I close the door with the key it is back to alarmed again . Is this correct, if I leave the door unlocked it seems to not be activated.

Correct. Locking the door using the key (instead of the plip) arms the alarm system BUT disables the internal alarm system volumetric sensors. You can lock the door with the windows part way down for the dog and the alarm won't trigger !
