As you've changed 4 genuine looms lately and used that sealant IMO better not do that anymore cos even if by logic it can't hurt that might make you the trouble, let the genuine loom as it is cos it's well made, mine is being on for 4 years and at least 100.000 Km without any probs, still dry like a bone and no injector fault codes... just an idea, rule out the main relay R9 (swap with R8-heated screen) just to rule it out cos if it has a weakened spring it might be sensitive to gravitational action one way and that would deffinitely cut out if it goes wrong, it's a piece of cake but worth a try
