There is a place in Hallam Victoria, also specialize in internet sales.
They are the cheapest place that I have found. Good quality gear.

Buy the type that use velcro straps to hold the bike to the carrier.
Makes mounting bikes with different shape or fat cross bars so much easier. Also allows the strap to go around suspension requirements.
Allowed my mates Dual susp bike to be strapped to carrier without having to use a cross bar (additional bar that sits between head stem and seat post).
This is the link to my rack. I am happy with it. clunks around alittle bit due to the way its removable from base.

This is a link to an adaptor bar. Handy for bikes with funny shaped frames. My Dual susp MTB needs it. They sit badly in the clamp down mounts.

I've got a spare wheel mounted bicycle carrier so I can still use the door. When I load more than one bike on it I use extra support straps from the carrier to the top of the door. This type will be fine for 3 20 inch bikes and you can still get in the back of the car. If you don't do offroad with the spare wheel type carrier, they should hold up to the weight just fine
The support straps look like this

Mine is the yellow armed 2 bike version. It will carry three smaller bikes though.
