    I got a Disco!! finally.

    Hello
First of all a huge thanks to the people here who have answered my queries and along the way educated me in the ins and outs of Discovery's. I know about TOPIX, Microcat and Rave. Microcat and rave run on my Ubuntu PC, courtesy of VMWare.
I started out looking at a D1, but the more I learned the more I wanted. I finally settled on a 2003 D2a, at a cost of more than twice my original budget. However it does have the CDL and improved TC.
The clutch, fly wheel, spigot toe (bush) and thrust bearing was replaced in Nov 2013. a big load of my mind. and cost $2600 odd.
Now to try some 4WD tracks and remove the EGR (EU3 Exhaust gas cooler and throttle something) and fit a catch can and clean the inter cooler ( for the last time).

    Again Thanks

    Bo
