    ATC lights

    Hello
I've noticed that the lights in the aircon unit have gone out, I am looking at various places to get the globes, when tonight the lights are back. So where do I look and what do I do to keep the lights on?

    Thanks

    Bo

Hi, rule out loosen contacts/corrosion in the plugs and inspect with magnifier to make sure there's no dry joint on the circuit board

I recall a number of threads on this. Try 'dash lights' or instrument lights in the search box below left

    Thumbs up HEVAC lamps

Julian, the backlighting in the HEVAC unit only come on with the park/headlights, so you will see them at night or am I not reading your post correctly?

The part numbers are JWH100060, JWH100070, 8510251, but I can't remember how many or which hole they inhabit.

The change is easy - just remove the HEVAC unit with a steel rule or similar slide on both sides of the unit while easing it forward, disconnect, then split the unit - 2 small screws. Carefully part the unit, replace the lamps like for like, then reassemble and reinstall. I usually check the lamps are working before I reassemble the parts.

The lamps are about $4 each (3 of 1, 2 of each of the others AFAIR).

Yep, correct. Driving at night headlights on and no lights for the unit, but on Monday they came on, they have been on with the headlights ever since.
