The dillema becomes even deeper cos the conclusion is that the reverse contact of the XYZ switch has nothing to do with the dash indication cos there is R on dash even with F25 removed
, or RAVE is wrong or the indication is managed based on a calculation of X, Y, Z and W contact inputs, the problem is that i couldnt find an internal diagram of the IDM nor a clear explanation of the inputs to the instrument pack and without these it's impossible to have a clear and certain answer
