    New head unit with flip display

    After a bit of fiddling to get the old unit out, the new one went in quite easy with connection to the iso harness

    7" flip out display, runs android, wifi, Bluetooth, gps etc etc. Has multi video in/out including a dedicated video recorder using a usb webcam nad reverse cam input. Great for Google maps and of course Torque obd info. See photos below (got my o2 sensor on the obd display as one is flagging a fault)., sorry you have to click on the photos, they don't seem to show a thumbnail

    The photos open in a new browser window when I click the broken picture icon. Didn't have any luck on my phone.

    I too am interested in a link to the ebay listing. I am considering putting one of these in with a CB radio underneath in my D3

    yeah, my clock's displaying E:04 and 03 DTCs, it means the LCD has malfunctioned and LR can't design a clock!! Infinitiy l/100km is normal for a V8 too

    We'll I'm not sure if I should mention specific items on ebay, so just search for android head unit from overseas. There will be a few double DIN and this single DIN item. Came in 1 week by Toll, quicker than local delivery.

    Had to use a dremmel to take out 2 small notches from the trim top lip as when the screen pops out, there are a couple of thin support arms which just catch the trim.
