Checked the oil on the TD5 and the oil level is up and smells like diesel.
Hope it just needs new O rings and copper washers, and not a cracked head!
Will change the oil and monitor to see how bad it is.

Fixed some bent panel and realigned the bull bar after daughter got too close to a tree some time back. Found fluid leak at the brake master cylinder. Research indicates likely the seals under the reservoir. Next urgent job I guess.

    Adventures

    Cheeky weekend overnight camping trip.
Had a disagreement with the roof tent about how securely it should be mounted to the roof rack. Time to upgrade the factory mounting system.
Speedo decided not to work after I changed the ratio on the Hunter Unit. Couldn't see anything lose so hopefully not stuffed.
Really need to fix the intermittent gear select position sender fault. Doesn't like to register Drive. Hoping it's just the a/c drip and not something more expensive.
Regardless, great weekend and drives like a dream still.
The list of jobs never gets shorter.............

Id say any one contemplating this turbo just do it you will not regret it as it the best bang for buck mod i have ever done
Id say all you Auto drivers obviously will get a very good benefit aswell

We "Auto" drivers with the V8's only need to hit the little Sports Mode button for a bit of extra "oomph" and it comes standard with the truck, No mods required

You can also have the economy that goes with it aswell and the slipped liners Plus the added expense of a tranny rebuild at their short life expectancy
So ill put up with rattling modded gear crunching oil burning slug thankyou
