SubscriberFlushed the brakes on my 2002 TD5.
Didn't do the pump, but have a firm pedal and DSC works well.
I have made an adaptor for my pressure bleeder because as usual a D2 is different to just about anything else as they don't have a threaded cap.
The adaptor is a conical rubber stopper with a chain that goes around the master cylinder. I had to add a bit of checker plate to be wide enough to fit around the master cylinder reservoir.

New bomb proof front tail shaft from APT was fitted up yesterday finallyto Chaffy. New front outpout shaft seal fitted up to replace the old one that the old shaft had ruined from vibration. New golden goodness poured I. As well to transfer case.
Man the 1350 double Cardon joint is HUGE.
Also so had a second hand brake Modulator fitted. Hopefully that will be the last of the peskybroadbrimmed brothers for a while.
What a difference to driving Chaffy with the front drive shaft reinstalled, took out all the driveline backlash.
Cheers Chris

OK the bleeder is a Motive Products bleeder Motive.com
AFAIR I bought the adaptor in Australia but you should be able to get one from the USA if that fails.
A chain goes under the master cylinder, and I had to widen the top to go around the reservoir.
