He is fine. It scared the crap out of him and his little jumbuck ute that he was using as a work ute has got its front caved in pretty badly though..
He bought a new one of those Chinese 4WD's last year that he has been slowly fitting out as a touring/camping truck and I have been trying to convince him to fit a bullbar to it, I can't see him taking too long to fit a bar now after he has actually seen what damage a roo can do.

You knew it was too easy,, window jammed again, both halfs of top right wheel found in the bottom of the door,
replaced with small door roller as per TGO, works fine..

I have booked the D2a in to have the brakes upgraded to heavy duty DBA rotors and pads (Front and Rear) also to have the system flushed.
Is $1,500 a fair price to have this done?

That seems like a lot of money to me in my opinion. It's a pretty easy job to do. Discs and pads aren't that expensive. In fact i think that is a bit of a rip off! I would shop around if you don't want to do it yourself.

I am having the T3 heavy duty rotors fitted with matching pads, $840 in parts.
The killer is the $450 for labour, $25 sundries and bloody $136 in GST.
I would fit them myself But my left arm got buggered up 3 years ago in a head on prang So I have to get someone else to do the job nowadays

    It moved!

After my efforts to replace the alternator as well as a major service I primed the fuels system, and she runs! Took her for a test run and it feels great. New shocks and an egr blanking kit plus a complete fluid change. Funny thing is my wife said "we can only get land rovers now that you have bought all these special tools..." She may be right....
