Haven't had a Samsung waterproof phone(have had two older tech Samsungs tho) .. but I had a Sony Experia Z which was waterproof.
It was the only waterproof camera I had. I never needed a waterproof camera, and still didn't back then, and still don't .. but curiosity got the better of me and I had to dunk it into the fish tank to get some 'underwater photos'

had I not been offered to update it(larger phone) I'd still have it .. although I do prefer the larger 6" screens now.
Brother broke the mUSB port, so can't be connected to charge it.

All these discos are giving me a heart attack!

    Washed it.
Used the Nanocom to get the alarums working & the lights flashing for both lock & unlock.
Tried to make it one click to unlock all doors but it didn't work, Ill have another go.
Replaced the air filter, took awhile to get all the bugs, moths, butterflies, twigs, dust & little stones out of the air box. I was amazed by the amount considering I have a snorkel but that is the joy of living in the Wild West of QLD.
I fiddled with the stereo to try & get the screen working again, no luck.
Crawled around under it seeing what is what. Found a tiny oil leak on the oil drain bolt/plug. Not a stressor, the oil gets changed next weekend (once the oil gets here) along with the 2 filters.
Also found the cloth/webbing binding is all coming away from some big pipe that goes into the back of the TC just in front of the hand break drum, no idea what the pipe does nor if it not having the cloth wrap stuff is important?

Also think I need to buy myself a grease gun, things looked a bit dry under there, SWMBO will be impressed with more money being spent!

Finished wiring up the new Sahara Bar.
Relatively straightforward thanks to Rave and the wiring diagram.

Samsung phones typically being better in all respects (flame on) also have higher IP ratings...but then they were IP rated when a spilled beer would kill an iPhone. Funny I'm typing this in a IPad which I prefer to a Samsung tab. Cheers

Busy busy. Removed, and refitted exhaust manifold (a friend is a tool maker, he machined it flat). Of course a bolt snapped off in the turbo so that came off and he removed that for me also.

While I waited for him, I removed the hand break and fitted a new spring kit and new cable. No more annoying 2100 RPM sounds! Here’s the old cable that some numpty wrapped insulation tape around to hide it:

Then because I still had nothing to do, I fitted the CDL lever that’s been lying around for most of a year. Quite an easy job. Found a few interesting things under the centre console also including 20c!

Then I was still bored so I installed a EGT gauge and ran the wires through the air vent. What’s a ‘bad temperature’? They’re good to 700 or so?

Unfortunately during my test drive it started surging a couple of different times and it developed the P1884 fault code. Hopefully it’s just popped an intercooler hose. From what I’ve read it could be a TPS otherwise. Never had an issue before, coincidentally I hope.

Almost... From 4x4 accessories shop in NSW....they sold off the display/floor stock. It had never been fitted, they even had the complete fitting kit. A mate re-sprayed to match the Bonatti Grey. Took me all afternoon to fit and finally wired it up.
Freight, re-spray etc. above half retail fitted.
