Finally installed the catch can a few weeks ago... checked it on the weekend.... no free oil ... but certainly catching vapour...

I found the same .....it takes a while for the filter media to do its thing. The coalesced oil needs to saturate the filter and then gravity takes over and the captured oil wicks out and drains away.Quote:
