check engine light

check engine light came on
so i got out, opened the bonnet and checked the engine....

i'm not sure whats wrong

any ideas??

Low blinker fluid due to a leak on the flux capacitor wiring, tripping the discombobulater

the red/orange stuff?

just red sand, dirt. bloody hard to remove
