Cable just comes down back of rear door into a hole in that plastic corner piece. You will find there is plenty of room behind it to run cable in fairly protected position. Then runs along top of chassis. The radio is mounted under the drivers seat and I scratched my head for quite a while on how to get cable to it. Finally I just drilled a hole in the floor in easily accessible spot (with seat and plastic trims removed and is covered when plastic seat trim replaced) and made a cover for where the cable has to cross to the chassis from a piece of about 3mm aluminium. Hope the pics give you the general idea.
Thanks tommo, brilliant and I'm also not shy about drilling a hole in the floor as well which a rubber grommet and a copious application of body deadener will see right so that'll be my solution also.
