    Yes that's right Sierrafery, definite click coming from the BCU when switch is pressed.

    If I pull it apart and don't see anything obvious would it be okay to spray it with contact cleaner?

    Contact cleaner won't hurt but try to identify the path between the involved window output pins(if you can identify them from the BCU description corroborated with connector views from RAVE) and the microrelay maybe you see a dry joint or interruption on the PCB... unfortunately it's very complex, built from two boards connected face to face quite hard to figure out things if you are not skilled electronist but maybe you are lucky
