I don't know D2 prices, but pretty cheap compared to a 110 equivalent.

JC It's hard to tell people, they see the $ and all logic goes out the window, it's only when the get burnt.
Just like all those cheap starter motors on ebay for TD5s, $120 -200, 2 year warranty they claimed! Where are all those fly by nighters now? they are no longer advertising them on ebay, I wonder how people are going about warranties?

Agree 100%. Its ALL about the lowest price these days for some 😠. I'm introducing a policy of no warranty on any part of a job where the customer supplies the parts. I have been holding off on doing this for a long time but with the now huge amount of rubbish parts floating around the internet these days it has to happen.

Justin ,sometimes it's better to "lose the business' and be able to sleep well, than to do the job and put up with the complaints. We got burnt on some Britpart Mafs, a customer asked for them as company X was selling them. We got some in and all came back for warranties. I still see them being advertised by some,so we lose sales on a price point, but the others can have the hassels, I say good luck to them.
We also had a problem with O.E.M TD5 Engine mounts, got them in due to a price point for a customer, 10,000kms later they were stuffed. Returned under warrnaty and supplier said "oh we usually sell them for car yards for RWCs." I'll stick to selling stuff that doesn't come back to bite me in the bum.
    Cheers,
    Mario
