    Wastegate modulator hose

Strange one. I've had to replace the bottom hose on the wastegate modulator - common problem I believe.

But, I'm struggling to find the right size hose. A 4mm home will fit snugly on the bottom pipe of the modulator, but is too small for the barb on the intercooler pipe. A 5mm pipe will go onto the intercooler pipe barb, but is too large for the bottom barb of the modulator.

Driving me nuts. Is it a special hose, or will I need to get the intercooler pipe right out to fit the 4mm hose on it?

I used GATES 5/16" fuel line and TRIDON hose clamps - a failsafe solution.

    That's around 8 mm ?.
I use silicon as well , but you should be able to get the standard 4 mm on if you stick it in very hot water first
