So the phyiscal measure should be 102mm?
(40mm spacer plus 62mm ride height)

    yeah?

IMO the physical status based on stored target heights of the SLS should be so as the measurement from front to be equal with the rear all around cos there can be differencies from one vehicle to another according to various elements.

    Just for clarity.
With the spacers installed and the correct height (102mm) set.
The readings from Nanocom are 145 at this height. Normal mode?

Have the new readings (145) been saved?
If not the SLS will attempt to level at the previous 119 and 120.
The Off Road height should elevate another 40mm.
Using the approximate 1.4mm for each numerical output -suggests a target output reading of 175 ish for off road height corresponding to a bumpstop clearance of 142mm inclusive of your spacers.
If the normal ride height has been set and values saved - the off road mode height should take care of itself.

Importantly: Is the SLS operating to approximate height now?

Sorry to bring this up again, the SLS is doing its job in normal mode, but when I press extended mode it pumps for an bit then stops and I can't get to go 175 on the nanocom

Does it go up at all? You might have a tired compressor. You can get a replacement service kit like this:
