Cooling system Overflow Tank Disco 2

Wiring harness rubbed a hole in my overflow tank. Looking at replacing it.
Am told on the 2004 there are 2 types. (3 or 4 outlet). 3 outlet genuine only = $360. 4 outlet there is after market at $160. Over the phone the difference was described as the 4 outlet has a large hose nipple under side and the 3 outlet does not. My question is, can I use the 4 outlet and just plug off the extra outlet underneath?
    cheers for any ideas

    Araldite.

I have sanded back worn area and used Araldite and added a mild steel patch on the top and bogged it in as a stopgap. We are doing a trip up to Alice in August and thought it better to have a newy.
Thanks all for the input everyone. Saves on the Steelers.
