I have to correct myself on this cos this setup prooved itself to not be the best, the rod can move but i thing the blanket above it disturbs it though cos i observed some strange behaviour in the MAP reading yesterday when my EGT gauge started to fail even though i didnt notice it while driving...so i presumed that the rod is disturbed a bit and made a cut in the blanket(based on Philip A's idea) then clipped the sides together with clipper, IMO that's the best way for Td5Quote:
