how much are you losing?
where have you checked for leaks? is your sump oily? perhaps out of the front camshaft seal?
do you have smoke blowing out the exhaust?
how many km's have you done?
Land rovers naturally mark their territory with oil anyways
I have been losing oil on my td5 but don't where or how the oil gone. I am taking a note now how many litre I lost per km.
This happens after the mechanic replace the oil sump few months ago.
anyone have experience the same issue or can give me hints where to check? Thanks

Land Rovers traditionally like to get rid of their oil. They either burn it and generate blue smoke or they drop it.
If it's burning it and it isn't too bad just let sleeping dogs lie.
If it's leaking try and fix it bearing in mind that as soon as you fix one leak it'll probably start leaking somewhere else.... Keep an eye on the ground where you park it.
My old Series III was a shocker. One leak fixed equals two new ones starting in a day or so...:-)
