Question Diagnosing and replacing ACE bushes

Inspected the suspension components today under the D2a. The ACE sway bar D mount bushes (number 13 - RBX101181) have play in them and need to be replaced front and back.

Also noticed that the RBX101740 (number 9) on the front is damaged (splits in the boot) and needs to be replaced. The rear is fine. Any tips or tricks for doing this? Can it be done without disconnecting the hydraulics?

Is it worth replacing bushes 5 (ANR6554) and 4 (ANR6551) as well whilst there? They look like they are ok and from what I understand they are a pretty hard bush to start with.

Sorry can't help .. as Sgt Shultz would say .. I know nuthink!

About to start working on my D2 to get it up to scratch(ie RWC) and it too has ACE, so interested in any replies.
I've yet to inspect the car for ALL it's faults, or even if it's worth spending money on it to get it road worthy.

Curious as to how many klms your D2 has done too.

EDIT: I did find this thread on doing a search. Don't know if it helps.

I have done no 13 on the front of my D2. Simple job. Cost me about $20 or so & took about 10 minutes.

I also need some other ace parts done. Last time I asked Triumph Rover they said that it's cheaper & easier to replace the whole front ace part. I think they quoted somewhere between $150-$200 for new front supply only.
