Is this a job you could or would take on or would I be better off just going to a transmission specialist?

    Dave.
see thats right out there near the end of those 40 foot barge poles I like to keep between me, gaywagons and ford defenders.

your timing sucks but had my life not gone sideways recently meaning I have had to knock back mates rates works already due to lack of time before I move I'd have had a look see at it for you, At the least I'd have laid on getting the box in and out for you.

This time next week I'm expecting to be putting the finishing effort on my last bottle in perth.

Another wrap for Auto Trans R Us in Balcatta. They did all the trans upgrades on my D2, and recently fully rebuilt the 4HP24 in my RRC at about $6K, so not cheap BUT they warrant their work and no arguments if any issues.
Plus they actually drive 4WD, although apart from 1 guy, don't think the others have progressed to our marque yet, although last time I checked, Cameron still had a highly modded Toyo.
